DESCRIPTION:As the new year begins\, we will come together\, slower and quieter\, as we sink into the energy of winter. This retreat brings its focus to the stillness that winter invites us to be in\, not rushing or moving. We will breathe\, move\, spend silent time in nature and with ourselves. We will also spend Saturday afternoon and evening creating intuitive vision boards that will guide us into the coming year. \nWhat you get: \n2 x 60 Yin Yoga & Meditation (Friday/Saturday evening) \n2 x 120 min. Vinyasa Flow & Meditation (Saturday/Sunday morning) \n2 x Morning Circles \n1 x Vision Board Creation \nTime daily for yourself and nature. \nFood: All vegetarian \n2 x Dinner (Friday/Saturday) \n2 x Brunch (Saturday/Sunday) \n1 x Coffee/Cake (Saturday) \nThe center: Handloh\, located in the countryside of Niederbayern\, contains both an old charming and rustic farmhouse\, and a new one. Everything we need is there. All you need to do is show up!
