SUMMARY:Nature Immersion for Women
DESCRIPTION:Anna Friedl and I are hosting our annual Women’s Nature Immersion where we spend 3\,5 days completely outdoors and come into the rhythms of nature- slower\, quieter and together. Anna will teach you outdoor skills so that you will feel more comfortable in nature and I will lead different aspects of nature immersion using nature coaching and coyote teaching- threshold walks\, time alone in the forest\, working with the elements and sharing circles. This is a time for women to shed the responsibilities\, step into the heart space and listen all that is there. \nIn English and German. \nThis is a beautiful way to learn about yourself in a new way\, to challenge yourself\, learn new things\, open up to the magic of nature and dive deep into your heart and life. \nYou’ll need your own outdoor equipment for this. \nBegins at 15h on Thursday and ends at 15h on Sunday. \n** WE HAVE ONE COMMUNITY SPOT AVAILABLE FOR A DISCOUNTED PRICE. Anna wird euch Outdoor-Fähigkeiten beibringen\, damit ihr euch in der Natur wohler fühlt\, und ich werde verschiedene Aspekte des Eintauchens in die Natur anleiten\, indem ich Natur-Coaching und Kojoten-Lehre einsetze – Schwellenwanderungen\, Zeit allein im Wald\, Arbeit mit den Elementen und gemeinsame Kreise.
