This is a call out to all women who are in peri-menopause or have already transitioned into menopause. Menopause has been a taboo for too many years and it’s time for us to take charge of our bodies, our health, our emotional well-being and speak up.
In this course, Jo Fiddy, confidence coach for women over 40, and I, will explain what is happening in our bodies as we age and change, how to stay healthy and physically fit and how to nourish our bodies and souls.
We’ll go over topics such as:
– What exactly is menopause & WTF is happening to my body?
– Symptoms
– Ways to alleviate them (nutrition, diet, exercise…LOTS of tips)
– What is HRT and how does it work?

This will be part women’s circle, where we’ll share our experiences in pairs and with the group, part nature time where we connect quietly to nature and allow it to work its magic on us, and part workshop, where we’ll teach you what you need to understand, be aware of and how to empower yourself through menopause.
