New Year’s Yoga

Join me for a lovely and deep 2 hour flow where we’ll gather the energy of the new year and set our intentions for what we wish to create and how we wish to live. Part dynamic flow, part restorative. Tea, snacks and lovely conversation at the end. We’re widening our circle!
